Englewood, NJ, September 18, 2023 – Medical end user, Mirra-Prime Access Holdings, LLC, has purchased 2725 US Highway 98 in Lakeland, Florida for $2.65 million. Katz & Associates’ Eric Spritz and Daniel Solomon, CCIM, represented the seller ARCTRUST; Matt Rothstein with Pretium represented the buyer.

2725 US Highway 98 features a +/- 9,345-square-foot, freestanding building on +/- 2.98 acres. The site, adjacent to The Home Depot and McDonald’s, was formerly an American Car Center. (Spritz and Solomon also sold the former American Car Center in Orlando at 3920 W. Colonial Drive for $3.75 million in June 2023.)
