Holly Buchanan, CCIM, who leads the Katz Nashville office, has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Holly partners with retailers, restaurants, and medical users to strategically expand their presence across Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, and Mississippi. She is known for her deep market knowledge, collaborative approach, and long-standing client relationships throughout the Southeast. Current clients include TJMaxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra, Homesense, Sam’s Club, Ulta Beauty, The Fresh Market, Knitwell Brands, Books-A-Million, and Cavender’s. In 2025, Holly was named a Woman of Influence by GlobeSt. She also serves on the CCIM National Board of Directors & Executive Committee.
Michael Peguero, based in Katz’s New York City office, has been promoted to Senior Director. Michael represents landlords and tenants throughout New York City’s five boroughs. He’s adept at matching the right retailers and the best spaces and thrives in seeking and securing favorable deal terms. Michael helps shape retail in several of the borough’s most trafficked shopping corridors. Landlord clients include Vornado Realty Trust, Federal Realty Investment Trust, L&M Development, and Levin Management; retail clients include Starbucks, Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy, Tesla, and Magnolia Bakery.
Sean Philipps, based in Katz’s New York City office, has been promoted to Senior Director. Sean is a skilled and results-driven broker who closes deals across all five New York boroughs. He manages everything from boutique retail spaces to expansive multi-use properties. Sean represents landlords in some of NYC’s most high-traffic areas, such as Jamaica Avenue in Queens, Fordham Road in the Bronx, and Fulton Street in Brooklyn. On the tenant side, he represents clients including Starbucks, Quickway Japanese Hibachi, and Housing Works.
Allan Carlisle, based in Katz’s Boca Raton, FL office, has been promoted to Senior Director. Allan has an impressive roster of active tenants and 30+ landlord listings. He’s extremely hardworking and dedicated to securing prime sites for retailers and developing the right retail mix in both well-established and emerging markets like Babcock Ranch. Current tenants include Floor & Decor, Stanton Optical, GoodVets, Books-A-Million, and The Vitamin Shoppe.
Ashley Cusker, based in Katz’s Nashville office, has been promoted to Director. Ashley represents retail tenants throughout Tennessee, advising clients on market-entry strategy, site selection, and transaction execution, including land acquisition through purchase or ground lease. She works closely with growing brands to structure deals that support long-term expansion, guiding real estate decisions. Current clients include The PICKLR, Zaxby’s, Cavender's, Books-A-Million, Petsense, D1 Training, HOTWORX, Ideal Dental, and Golf Envy.
