The seasoned brokerage team of Katy Figg and Nancy Sumner, who join Katz as Vice Presidents from Colliers International, will lead the Katz Jacksonville office.
With deep-rooted expertise and a proven track record in the Jacksonville market, Figg and Sumner bring extensive experience across a diverse range of retail real estate. Their current landlord portfolio encompasses 2.2 million square feet, including grocery-anchored centers, power centers, boutique retail, and mixed-use developments, as well as 191 acres of land.
This strategic growth strengthens Katz’s ability to provide hyper-local expertise and dedicated service in the Jacksonville market and reinforces our ongoing commitment to providing best-in-class retail real estate services throughout the Southeast.

Katy Figg worked at Katz in North Carolina from 2010-2013. Most recently, she was Vice President of Retail Services in Northeast Florida at Colliers, focusing on a large landlord portfolio. Before that, Katy was a Director for Franklin Street Retail Services, working with the Regional Managing Partner to represent a portfolio of retail tenants for site selection.
Nancy Sumner was Director of Retail Services at Colliers International. Prior to that, she served as a North Florida Market Partner and Senior Leasing Advisor for The Shopping Center Group where she managed 40 properties totaling more than 7.5 million square feet of retail space.
