Englewood, NJ, December 21, 2022 – Housing Works, a non-profit thrift shop business, is among the first to receive a state-approved license for selling recreational cannabis, and Katz & Associates’ Sean Philipps is representing Housing Works Cannabis Co in lease for its first retail store. Newmark’s Gary Alterman represented the landlord for the store located at 750 Broadway (at the southeast corner of 8th Street). The location, a former Gap Men store, features 4,400 square feet on the ground floor and a lower level of approximately 3,000 square feet. The store is slated to open December 29, 2022.
