Englewood, NJ, June 1, 2023 – Flex! Crunch Fitness just signed a lease for a new 53,024-square-foot gym in Sunrise, Florida in Broward County. Katz & Associates’ Jon Cashion and Daniel Solomon, CCIM, represented landlord Realty Income in the long-term lease; The Retail Edge’s Stacey Mooney and Strategic Retail Advisors’ Mercedes Loftus represented Crunch Fitness. Crunch Fitness is targeting a late 2023/early 2024 opening timeframe. The freestanding building, located at 9919 West Oakland Park Boulevard, was formerly occupied by 24 Hour Fitness.
