Katz and Staats, exclusive leasing agents for Totowa Square, have signed leases with Marshalls (50,000 square feet) and Total Wine (32,500 square feet), which are now open, and HomeSense (30,000 square feet), which is slated to open in October 2022. They also previously secured a lease with Aldi (25,000 square feet) in Q3 2019, which opened in Q3 2020.
Totowa Square, the 258,000 square foot power center located off of I-80 on Route 46 West in Totowa, New Jersey, features extraordinary access and visibility, a new façade, and abundant parking. These new stores, which join Hobby Lobby at the center, are replacing big boxes formerly occupied by Babies“R”Us, Bob’s Stores, Toys “R” Us, and Office Depot.
