Retro Fitness’ headquarters relocation is “working out” well for the high-value, low-price fitness brand. Katz & Associates’ Eric Spritz secured the site for the new state-of-the-art corporate office and support center on behalf of the growing fitness company. Retro Fitness’ headquarters has relocated from Colts Neck, New Jersey to West Palm Beach, Florida. The new space is 13,000 square feet and located at 1601 Belvedere Road. Marci Osheroff of The Osheroff Group represented the landlord.
“I’m happy to be a part of helping Retro Fitness move their corporate office to South Florida as part of their expansion, said Eric Spritz, Senior Director, Katz & Associates. In addition to helping to relocate Retro Fitness headquarters, Spritz also represented a franchisee for a new 15,000 square foot Retro Fitness gym coming to Tamarac Town Center in Tamarac, Florida.
Celebrating its 15-year anniversary, Retro Fitness is a leading national fitness franchise with more than 120 gyms open or in development across the country.
