Roxanne Register has been promoted to Senior Vice President in the Katz Boca Raton, Florida office. She has been with Katz since 2015. Roxanne focuses primarily on landlord representation. Highlights from 2021 include her work representing Uptown Boca, Lotis Wellington, and Atlantic Ave in Delray.
David Eggnatz has been promoted to the Vice President in the Katz Boca Raton, Florida office. He has been at Katz and in commercial real estate for eight years. He focuses equally on landlord and tenant representation throughout the state of Florida. In 2021, David signed 35+ transactions (leases/sales).
Nicole Fontaine has been promoted to Vice President in the Katz Boca Raton, Florida office. She has been at Katz for four and a half years. Nicole focuses on landlord and tenant representation. Highlights from 2021 include representing Uptown Boca, Lotis Wellington, and BurgerFi for their expansion.
Eric Spritz has been promoted to Vice President in the Katz Boca Raton, Florida office. He has been with Katz for nearly five years. He works with tenants and landlords alike throughout all of Florida.
John Heretakis has been promoted to Director in the Katz New York City office. He has been with Katz since May 2020 and has been involved in commercial real estate since January 2016. He focuses on investment sales of single tenant net leases along the East Coast (primarily: NY, NJ, CT, FL) of shopping centers, development sites, automotive, and cannabis-related properties. Regarding his work in 2021, John shares, “2021 involved a lot of sales of vacant properties for redevelopment due to Covid. It was exciting working with developers on turning vacant and underutilized properties into thriving assets, improving the areas greatly.”
Sarah Schank has been promoted to Director in the Katz Charlotte, NC office. She has been at Katz and in commercial real estate for three years. Sarah works with national, regional, and local retailers in the Carolinas as well as national and regional landlords and developers in third-party leasing. Territory includes the Carolinas, Georgia, and Virginia. Highlights from 2021 include relocations and net new stores for Sally Beauty & Cosmo Prof, and Pacific Dentals’ entrance into North Carolina. She also earned her CCIM designation in May 2021.
