Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce promotions of Holly Buchanan, CCIM, Donny Moskovic, and David Yablon. “Despite the challenges of 2020, Holly, Donny, and David continued working hard and transacting at a high level,” said Brian Katz. “We look forward to continued success from them in 2021 and beyond.”
Holly Buchanan, CCIM, located in the Katz Nashville office, has been promoted to Senior Director. She’s been with Katz for the past four years since helping open the Nashville office in 2017 and has over 20 years of retail real estate experience overall. Born and raised in the Nashville area, Holly has extensive knowledge and expertise which helps with her work in Tennessee and surrounding states of Alabama, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
Donny Moskovic, located in the Katz New Jersey office, has been promoted to Senior Director. He is a real estate “lifer” with 29 years in the business, including the past seven years at Katz since joining in 2013. Some notable deals of 2020 include leases completed with NAPA Auto Parts, Volkswagen, River Street Sweets Savannas Candy Kitchen, and multiple investment sales. In addition to the traditional retail transactions, Donny has built a reputation as a leader in the cannabis real estate space and works with multi-state operators on leases, sales, mergers, and acquisitions.
David Yablon, located in the Katz New York City office, has been promoted to Director. As a 20-year Manhattan resident, David has great knowledge and insights about New York. He’s been a valuable asset to Katz in his three years at the firm. Some key highlights from this year include David’s work helping to bring Gansevoort Market Food Hall to the Westfield World Trade Center Shops at the Oculus, and assisting Dough Pizza with their entry into Manhattan with a new location set to open on Ludlow Street on the Lower East Side.
