Katz & Associates’ Amy Staats represented The Jemstone Group in two new leases at Staples Plaza in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. Rumble Fitness (2,405 square feet) and Stretch Lab (1,359 square feet) are slated to open this summer, at the Plaza which is located at 1021 Broad Street. Ripco’s Howard Goldman represented Xponential Fitness, the curator of leading fitness brands including Rumble Fitness and Stretch Lab, in the deals.
