Hungry Ghost Coffee Getting Set to Brew on Bleecker Street This Spring with Deal by Katz & Associates

Katz’s Daniel D. DePasquale Represents Hungry Ghost for New West Village NYC Location

Hungry Ghost, Murat Uyaroglu’s growing New York coffee brand known for its charming décor and high-quality coffee and food, is debuting in New York City’s West Village. Daniel D. DePasquale, Director, Katz & Associates, represented Hungry Ghost for a new coffee shop at 315 Bleecker Street, an ideal neighborhood corner. This new location, which is set to open in spring 2021, is DePasquale’s fourth deal for Hungry Ghost. Caleb Petersen of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord.

The new Hungry Ghost on 315 Bleecker Street in Manhattan is 650 square feet plus basement. It has a cast-iron façade with large windows and a brick exterior. The interior design features the original tin ceiling and beautiful tile floors. Hungry Ghost brews Stumptown coffee and serves Serendipitea teas.

Hungry Ghost Coffee was founded in 2012 by Murat Uyaroglu, an immigrant from Turkey. There are now 15 locations throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan including on the NYU Tisch campus, as well as at the High Line.
