BurgerFi Engages Real Estate Partner Katz & Associates for Rapid Growth; 17 Sites Secured by Katz with 50+ Restaurants Projected

Katz Team Across Offices Executes 40K+ SF for BurgerFi with Additional 140K+ SF Predicted in 2021-2022

BurgerFi is engaging its real estate partner Katz & Associates for its robust expansion. The Katz team across offices including Jon Cashion, Nicole Fontaine, Julie Gardner, David Eggnatz, and Daniel Solomon, CCIM/MSRE, have already executed 17 leases for BurgerFi in Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, and are seeking additional sites in those states, as well as in Georgia, New York, and New Jersey. The better burger chain anticipates adding a total of 50+ new locations between 2021 and 2022.

BurgerFi locations typically range from 2,000 to 2,400 square feet, plus 500 square feet as an outdoor patio/seating area. To date, the Katz team has executed 17 leases, and are working with BurgerFi to secure 15 more locations by the end of 2021, and another 35+ restaurants in 2022.

  • Florida (Palm Beach, Broward, Hillsborough, Orange, Lee, Duval, Pasco, Seminole, and Manatee Counties)
  • Charlottesville, Virginia
