Englewood, NJ, November 1, 2023 – Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce Ashley Cusker is joining Katz & Associates. Ashley joins Katz’s Nashville, Tennessee office as an Associate working on tenant and landlord representation with Holly Buchanan, Senior Director, CCIM.
Ashley is a licensed real estate broker in both Florida and Tennessee. Prior to joining Katz & Associates, Ashley was an affiliate broker and led marketing at Southeastern Commercial Properties. Ashley uses her experience marketing commercial real estate properties, as well as her knowledge of the local market to assist buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate goals. Her clients run the gamut from new, small businesses to large commercial clients and investors. Ashley is dedicated to her clients and cites the importance of communication, responsiveness, and integrity.
Ashley earned her associate degree in business administration. She’s a member of the Middle Tennessee chapter of CCIM and is working toward her designation. Ashley is a graduate of the Leadership Sumner Class of 2022 in Sumner County, TN. She continues her involvement with Leadership Sumner as both a board member and fundraising chairperson. Ashley lives in Nashville with her family, and she enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, running, and gardening.
