Warby Parker engaged our Manhattan team in early 2018 to develop a strategic plan for Metro New York, including New York City and the surrounding areas. Since the completion and approval of the strategy last year, Katz has successfully negotiated and secured 10new locations including the first stores in New Jersey and Long Island, as well as 2 flagship stores in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg and Park Slope neighborhoods.
