After its first decade of expansion in the Midwest, Ulta began to look at new markets throughout the U.S. In 2011, the company retained Katz to handle its entry into Florida. Since then, we have opened 95 new stores and have negotiations out on many others. Due to the success of our rollout in Florida, Ulta expanded our coverage in 2016 to include the entire state of Tennessee where we have since doubled the store count. As of 2022, we now also represent Ulta in Long Island, New York, and northern and central New Jersey.
