Katz was engaged to reposition a power center in a top-tier suburban trade area formally anchored by Toys”R”Us, Babies”R”Us, and Office Depot. Katz worked to find national credit tenants that complimented anchor Hobby Lobby to backfill the 120,000 SF vacancy. Katz was successful in leasing each box to high-quality tenants Marshalls, Total Wine, and Aldi, as well as HomeSense to replace Bob’s Stores when their lease expired. With patience and persistence, the project is nearly 100% leased.
