In 2016-17, Daniel Solomon represented the developer of the approx. 15 acres just south of Walmart on the ground lease to TopGolf and subsequently sold the investment to Store Capital. This was the first TopGolf in South Florida and was challenging deal with multiple stakeholders including the City of Miami Gardens.
