The Shoppes at Flemington is a 120,000 SF center located in suburban New Jersey. It was built and initially leased when the industry was experiencing a mass rush into the lifestyle format. The trend quickly faded and Katz was retained to lease and reposition the center. We quickly secured long-term deals with Ulta and Charming Charlie to fill 2 major vacancies as well as several small shop deals. During the term of the engagement, Katz increased the occupancy from 60% to 92% leased.
