Katz was selected to pre-lease 30,000 SF of retail space at a new mixed-use development by Brookfield Properties and Ironstate Development in the heart of downtown Montclair alongside the Wellmont Theater. Consulting with the developer during approvals, Katz positioned the co-tenancy to complement the project’s office and residential space. 80% was leased before delivery to The Goddard School, One River, Gravity Vault, and Nami Nori. First tenants are slated to open fall 2021.
