Katz closed this exciting deal in 2025 within three months of acquiring the listing. It’s a huge opportunity for redevelopment, which will benefit the community. The sale included the enclosed regional mall (±324,681 SF), former Macy’s (±160,000 SF), and 13.5-acre development parcel on ±69.13 acres. The Center, located approximately 20 miles north of Orlando, had been in limbo for a while.
The scope of this project will amount to the largest retail redevelopment in Seminole County’s history. The entire area will once again have a magnificent footprint to live, work, and enjoy visiting.
