The 88,000 SF former Expo Center at the Shoppes of Woolbright in Boynton Beach was vacant for 7 years. 3 different brokerage firms marketed the box over the course of its vacancy without any success before Katz took on the assignment to exclusively lease and/or sell the building. The Florida team quickly generated multiple LOIs from a variety of retail users to divide and lease the space, escalating the purchase price. In less than 3 months the asset was under contract with a swift closing.
