Katz was initially retained to lease small in-line spaces at a 700,000 SF power center owned by New York Life. Due to the challenges of COVID, long time tenants Bed Bath & Beyond, Dressbarn, Modell’s, OfficeMax, and Pier 1 simultaneously shuttered. Katz was tasked with backfilling the anchor spaces and successfully initiated the repositioning with a 28,000 SF Home Goods, 6,000 SF Sherman Williams, and 3,000 SF America’s Best, as well as completing several deals to fully lease the center.
