Katz was assigned to exclusively represent the owner, InvenTrust, and began helping to backfill the space as well as fill multiple small shop vacancies. In less than 2 years, our Florida team successfully negotiated 10 new leases, totaling over 60,000 SF and bringing the asset to 100% leased. The center now has a waiting list of tenants wanting to be a part of the action.
