Boynton Commons, a 210,000 SF power center, was losing their premier, 43,000 SF anchor. Katz was assigned to exclusively represent the owner, InvenTrust, and began helping to backfill the space as well as fill multiple small shop vacancies. In less than 2 years, our Florida team successfully negotiated 10 new leases, totaling over 60,000 SF and bringing the asset to 100% leased. The center now has a waiting list of tenants wanting to be a part of the action.
