Daniel Solomon backfilled the former Walmart in North Lauderdale for his client, Arena Capital, with Ross, YouFit, Dollar Tree, and Rainbow. He also leased several of the outparcels of the current Walmart Supercenter including pre-leasing 75% of the 40,000 SF inline retail building, Spin Car Wash, Peter Piper Pizza, and the La Brasa/AT&T building.
