Katz was engaged early in the development process to curate tenants for a new 200-unit residential project in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. The retail component encompassed 30,000 SF. Using a targeted marketing approach, Katz identified fitness and grocery as optimal uses for the space. Our team signed Blink Fitness to the entire 15,000 SF basement and Lincoln Market leased 12,500 SF on the street level, committing 95% of the space in less than 12 months.
